Refund and Returns

Thinking of returning an item to us?

Here is what you need to do:

• Before you return any items contact us via phone (01905 23819) or email (info@fluepipesdirect.co.uk).
• You can return items to us within 30 days of your order date as long as the item is in a new unused condition.
• When we receive the items we will process the return and issue the appropriate refund.

Please note:

• Unwanted items are returned at your own cost.
• Items received in error or that arrived damaged will have return postage costs covered by Flue Pipes Direct.
• We reserve the right to reduce the value of any refund should the items be damaged or are returned late to us.
• Any items customised to your specific requirements are not eligible for return.
