Terms of Sale
By purchasing from Flue Pipes Direct, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
- Products & Pricing
We specialise in the manufacture and sale of flue pipes, fittings, and installation accessories for wood-burning and gas stoves. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices or product descriptions without prior notice.
- Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email. This does not indicate formal acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods or otherwise notify you that your items are ready.
- Payment
We accept payment via credit/debit card. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.
- Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout; detailed delivery information can be found on our Orders & Delivery page. Delays due to courier services, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.
- Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in resalable condition and include all original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fluepipesdirect.co.uk. Refunds are issued within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. For full details refer to our Refund & Returns page.
- Warranty & Liability
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Our liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
